Do you ever find yourself feeling like you don’t have full control of your life? Are there times you wish you could better organize your thoughts, improve your relationships, or pinpoint your wants, needs or goals? Working with clients who are looking to feel in control of their life is where I thrive as a therapist. Whether that is learning strategies to manage anxiety or depression, improving your relationship with food and exercise, setting personal goals, exploring relationships, or unpacking trauma that you feel is impacting your life, I’m here to help you.

My Experience & Education

I work with individuals of all ages, as young as four years old, living with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and body image and self-esteem concerns. I also work with individuals and families as they navigate familial changes such as custody arrangements, divorce and separation, reunification and adoption processes.

I received my Masters of Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University. I obtained a Masters of Criminal Justice from Georgia College & State University. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in the state of Georgia and am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) by the National Board of Certified Counselors.

What to Expect from Me

We’ll start small by building rapport so you feel safe expressing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Together we will explore how all of these are related and impact one another. Once you feel you’re ready for the next step, we’ll explore and create goals together so you know exactly where to focus your energy in order to see change. Session by session we’ll revisit these goals and explore which skills and strategies are successful and working for you.
