"Hope" is the thing with feathers -

That perches in the soul -

And sings the tune without the words -

And never stops - at all -

~Emily Dickinson

Let’s cultivate hope together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience in helping individuals navigate life transitions. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore questions of identity, spirituality, body image and sexuality, and challenging relationships. Using evidence-based practice, I work collaboratively with you to build a toolbox of strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, among other concerns. CBT and narrative therapy are my primary modalities, and I take a whole person-centered, strengths-based, and culturally humble approach to care. I am a LGBTQ+ ally and work with people 18+. I obtained my BSW/MSW from UGA, and I have a specialty certification in palliative care for people with chronic or serious illness. In my free time, you can find me outdoors with my dog, reading novels, or trying new restaurants with friends.

If you have nagging thoughts keeping you up at night,

if you are no longer enjoying the things that used to bring you joy,

if you are at a complicated crossroads or stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage,

let’s talk. You have a story, and I’m curious to hear it. We can unpack, rethink, and examine the tough stuff together. You deserve to live your most fulfilling life.
