I would love to help! I work with individuals assisting them in dealing with and improving upon their various life circumstances. I practice with an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I am working to specialize in couple’s and family therapy recognizing and understanding the importance of these relationships within your life and how difficult things can become when these relationships are strained or dysfunctional. I want to help you become the best version of yourself that will render you true happiness and success. I am passionate about helping individuals appreciate their sense of self and purpose in life. I am honored to be able to impact and witness positive changes in the lives of my clients.

My Education:

I have a master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia with a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgia College and State University where I graduated from in 2010. I have previously worked in Macon, Bibb County’s, Department of Family and Children Services and Division of Child Support Services between 2010 and 2015 before returning to graduate school. I am currently living in Athens, Georgia.

What to Expect from Me:
