Have you responded to bumps in your life’s path in ways that you see now do not serve your greater good? Are you willing to speak truly, openly, and honestly about getting back on track? If so, I would love to hear your story and assist you in overcoming these issues.
There was a time when I had to reassess my life and those behaviors that were not serving me and on that journey, I became aware that my reaction to people and events were unique in that they were based on my perception only. Therefore, I sought to understand myself to understand my reaction to the world around me that kept me from fulfillment and happiness.
Sometimes our day-to-day lives get in the way of living a fulfilling life, but it is how we deal with these issues that can help us realize happiness. Too often, people clutter their life path further with things that do not serve their greater good, such as alcohol and/or illegal drugs. While this may seem to work for a while, there is a very good chance that this practice will impact one's life in more ways than are immediately visible.
Having seen the problems presented by masking troubles in drugs and alcohol firsthand and its effects on those around me, I recognize the temptation to ignore the big picture and continue on the self-established path. Through an open and honest dialog, I believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves, and a resolution is possible.
With an individualized approach and through mindful and present conversation, I believe a cornerstone can be laid as the foundation for a new path.
