Welcome and hello! Our world can be a chaotic and stressful place. Sometimes, we feel that chaos and stress inside us. By visiting this website, you are one step closer to finding peace and balance in your life. Starting this process may seem difficult and scary but I will work with you to ensure a safe and comforting environment. You have already proven you are capable of change simply by clicking on this page. I would love to meet you and begin your process of healing and growth.

My Experience:

I began my journey as an assistant teacher at the Child Development Center at Berry College. Throughout those years I discovered my love of working with people. This and other experiences, like working for the Walt Disney company, influences my practice. I worked at the Sexual Assault Center of NW Georgia. There, I gained experience with issues like trauma, anxiety and depression. I am also QPR certified in suicide prevention. With each of my life experiences, I found a greater passion for counseling services. I hope to use that passion to help children, adolescents and adults find their strength to overcome life’s obstacles.

My Education:

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in the professional counseling program at the University of Georgia. I received a BA in psychology and family studies at Berry College in 2016. With my education, I offer a professional and research based approach to therapy.

What to Expect from Me:

I offer personalized therapy in an inclusive and warm environment. My aim is to create a healing relationship that empowers you to reach your personal goals. Expect to gain awareness and understanding of yourself in a non-judging manner. I am open to all clients across a wide range of concerns. I am currently available for individual sessions. Sessions typically last one hour long. Please call our main office at (706) 850-7041 to schedule an appointment. I am ready to accompany you on this journey.
