Do you feel that life is difficult for you? Do your thoughts take over your mind and seem to get the best of you at times? Are you looking to improve your relationship with your partner or family? I would love to help! I work with individuals helping them deal with and improve upon their various life situations. I practice with an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solutions Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I am working to specialize in couple’s therapy and family therapy recognizing and understanding the importance of these relationships within your life and how difficult things can become when these relationships are strained or dysfunctional. I want to help you become the best version of yourself that will render you true happiness and success. I am passionate about helping individuals appreciate their sense of self and purpose in life.

My Education:

I am a master’s student at UGA seeking to obtain my degree in Social Work with a Marriage and Family Certificate by the end of summer 2017. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgia College and State University where I graduated from in 2010. I have previously worked in Macon, Bibb County’s, Department of Family and Children Services and Division of Child Support Services between 2010 and 2015 before returning to graduate school. I have plans to move back to my hometown, Macon, after graduating to work in a private practice. Ashley is currently living in Athens, Georgia.
